Yesterday, Captain Nate and I headed out off the Central Oregon Coast searching for some new rockfish spots, and wound up stumbling onto a baitball maelstrom. Birds on top usually means big fish underneath, pushing bait to the surface. It’s pretty much impossible to resist throwing a barbless clouser into the mix to see what’s happening.
