Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) recently concluded that decommissioning Leaburg Dam is the best scenario moving forward. The largest dam removal effort in U.S. history is underway on the Klamath River in southern Oregon. The Reconnect Klamath website is a great resource to stay up-to-date on the removals.
