I am heading up to the Sandy river for about two weeks at the end of May. I live in the southwest and have never been around Steelhead before, so this is a huge trip! Any tips on patterns to tie for this time of year would be awesome. Trying to get an arsenal together. Also, not sure what the regs are for the Sandy during this time of the year. Any suggestions?
