The Fifth Annual Green Island Tree Planting is set for Saturday, October 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 10,000 Trees, 300 Volunteers, 1 Day! This project is part of a larger effort to restore Green Island from historic agricultural usage to dynamic natural floodplain habitat.
